This is based on the date your requested information is received but posting dates are negotiable based on our availability. Please note that if you are promoting an event, we recommend that you purchase your promotion 2-3 weeks in advance of your event date for a timely promotion. All payments are non-refundable. Beginning on January 1, 2023, we will not be offering promotions for conferences until further notice.

Yes, you can. We have a Bundled Promo Package available.

What happens after I pay for promo?

After payment is received, you'll receive an email with submission instructions within 1-2 business days. You'll then be required to send us the requested information to complete your post(s).

Do you allow carousel posts?

No, all posts are single image/video posts only. Additional purchases are required per image/video.

Do you guarantee results regarding engagement and sales?

YES! We guarantee that you will receive an increase in engagement. Unfortunately, as with any advertiser, we do not guarantee an increase in sales. Please note: All payments are non-refundable.

Can I choose the day my post is published?

Promotions are scheduled based on the availability of our content calendar. We do allow requests based on our own discretion and availability. You will be notified of the scheduled day and time via email and the date is negotiable.

How will I know if my Promo Post was posted in the Facebook Community Group?

If you are not a member of our Facebook Group, a confirmation email with photo proof of posting is available upon request.

What if I am promoting an event that is happening soon?

We highly recommend that you purchase your promotion 2-3 weeks in advance of your event date to allow a timely promotion of your event. We will try our best to accommodate events happening sooner than 2-3 weeks but we can not guarantee rapid response times to accommodate. All payments are non-refundable.
